Teacher's Role in Reading Saturday

Certified teaching professionals are the foundation of Omosaze reading programs. They work with children in first through fifth grades and follow a rigorous curriculum to help improve each student's academic performance. Instruction is provided in a small group format, with a ratio of 8:1 or better.

Requirements to Join our Staff

	Current or former teaching professional
	At least one year of experience teaching reading to early elementary students
	Maintain excellent attendance and on-time arrival performance record
	Love working with children
	Availability on three Saturday mornings a month between September and March

All Teachers Must

	Complete a short application and submit to a criminal background check
	Participate in a three hour training class
	Have a current teaching certificate
